This is a very soft cake perfect for breakfast with a tea. I love eating a slice of cake with melted bitter cioccolate and strawberries.

Preheat the oven to 180. Degrease a 24 cm round cake tin. Place eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk with an electric whisk. Add mascarpone and whisk very well. Add melted butter and stir well. Pour milk and stir again. Sift flour and yeast bag a pinch of salt and stir well. Pour the mixture cake into the round cake tin . Bake for 30 minutes to 180 and other 30 minutes to 150.
Cool the cake for 20 minutes and sprinkle with icing sugar.
