Perfect “Biscuits” for the moment of tea and coffee … they melt in your mouth! and they are very easy to do!

You can use many types of jam and even Nutella! So everyone will be happy!

Combine all the powdery ingredients in a planetary mixer and add butter into cubes, work until you reach a sandy consistency. Now add the egg yolks and work for some minutes until you reach a homogeneous dough. Put your pastry to rest into the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Take your shortcrust pastry from the fridge and form many balls, the size of walnuts. Dip them in sugar and place them on a baking try with baking paper. Press your finger on each cookie to create a small hollow.
Bake your cookies for 10 minutes.
Add a dollop of your favorite jam to each cookie and bake for another about 7 minutes.
