This amazing Almond Crostata is easy  than you think! Once you’ve made a good shortcrust pastry, that’s it!

I love it with my espresso in the morning or with my English tea in the afternoon… a perfect cuddle in any season!

Once the shortcrust pastry is made, let it rest in the fridge.
Now pour almonds, sugar and butter into a blender and blend for less than 2 minutes. Add the eggs and work for another minute and a half.
Roll out the shortcrust pastry, place it in a round tin (24 cm)previously buttered and floured.
Make small holes in the base with a fork.
Pour the almond cream over the pastry base, sprinkle with almond flakes and bake for 45 minutes at 170 degrees.
Cool down your Crostata and enjoy!
