You will smell the scent as soon as you cut the first slice and the flavor will be unforgettable… for a perfect afternoon tea!

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Line a loaf cake tin with baking paper.
Beat eggs with sugar in a stand mixer. Meanwhile melt butter in a small saucepan with fresh rosemary.
Peel the pears.
When eggs reach a fluffy consistency you can add milk, the the flavoured butter. Now you can Pane Angeli yeast and slowly the flour. When you reach a homogeneous mixture you can add two big spoons of it into the cake tin. Then place peeled and whole pears into the tin and add the rest of the dough. Level with a spatula and bake your plumcake for 40 minutes.
Do the toothpick test to check if the plumcake is well cooked inside.
Cool down your plumcake and enjoy with a warm cup of tea!
