I advise you to start preparing another dough immediately because your cinnamon rolls will be snapped up!

I always bake my Cinnamon Rolls before bed so I fall asleep with the scent of Cinnamon all over the house!

First of all prepare a yeast by mixing together yeast, 100 g of flour (taken from the total) 100 g of mixed water and milk taken from the total. Knead together let rise 2 hours until doubled.

Then prepare the dough by adding the rest of flour, sugar, the rest of the water and milk to the yeast. You can proceed by kneading by hand, or planetary mixer. Add egg, knead until to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Now add butter cut into small pieces and salt, you need to get a smooth ball that comes off your hands. If the dough is too soft dusted with flour.
Let rise for 3 – 4 hours the time you triple in volume!
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to a thickness of 1 cm.
You will have to form a rectangle about 50 – 55 cm x 35 – 40 cm long
Brush with cold melted butter and add cinnamon and sugar previously mixed together over the entire buttered surface.
Roll the dough tightly from the longest side until obtaining a compact roll.
Finally, gently slice each swivel with a sharp knife to 2.5 – 3 cm.
Recompose each freshly sliced ​​swivel giving it the perfect shape.
Once all the wheels have been made, place them on a baking try lined with baking paper.
Place each Cinnamon roll at a distance of 1 cm from all sides.
Leave to rise your cinnamon rolls for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Bake in a well-heated static oven at 180° for about 25 minutes.
Attention they must brown on the surface but not burn!

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely! Meanwhile, mix sugar and water until you get a thick white frosting!
Glaze the Cinnamon rolls on the surface!
