350 gr sugar
800 gr plain flour

Preheat the oven 180.Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper. Pour canola oil, milk and grated lemon in a big bowl, mix with a whisk. Add milk . Add half of the flour with your hand. Pour the dough on a wood bench and add the other flour then knead for 4-5 minutes. Cut a little piece of dough and roll it into a long sausage and twist three times . Place Zuppalatte in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes. Once cool, dust the Zuppalatte with icing sugar.
