1 glass canola oil
1 grated organic lemon
1 yeast bag Pane Angeli
350 gr sugar
800 gr plain flour

Preheat the oven 180.
Line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
Pour canola oil, milk and grated lemon in a big bowl, mix with a whisk.
Add sugar and mix well . Add slowly half of the flour with your hand.
Pour your dough on a wood bench and add the other flour then knead for 4-5 minutes. Cut a little piece of dough and roll it into a long sausage and twist three times . Place your Zuppalatte in a baking tray and bake for 25 minutes.
Once cool, dust them with icing sugar.
Enjoy these delicious biscuits with a hot cup of milk and chocolate.
