4 spoons flour
400 ml milk

Who after Christmas holidays, does not have any left over Panettone?

If you have some you can make this delicious and easy Torino di Panettone!

Cut Panettone into small cubes. Save some pieces of panettone for decorations.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and stir in the panettone.
Press panettone mixture into the base of the round tin (15 cm in diameter)with the back of the spoon.

CREM A PASTICCERA

Pour yolk in a saucepan and stir with sugar and flour. Add slowly milk, bring to the boil, stirring continuously with a whisk. Simmer, still stirring until the crema pasticcera thickens. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir. Leave to cool down a little bit
Pour Crema into the panettone case.
Cover your Tortino with small pieces of panettone.
Bake for 30 minutes to 180 degrees.
