110 g sugar
70 g canola oil
150 g vanilla yogurt
200 g flour
50 g Potato starch
1 bag Pane Angeli yeast
150 g fresh strawberries
icing sugar

Strawberries and yogurt plumcake

Delicious, soft and perfect with a cup of tea … omg relaxing days I love to enjoy my coffee in my bed… then for breakfast my home-made cake with a warm cup of tea!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Graise and flour a tin for plumcake.
In a stand mixer whip egg with sugar. Then add oil and mix, add vanilla yogurt and mix again.
In a bowl sift flour potato starch and powder yeast (Pane Angeli), then pour all the powder ingredients in the bowl and mix until you reach a smooth mixture.
Now it is time to add fresh strawberries, previously cutter into small cubes. Mix with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in a plumcake tin and bake for 50 minutes to 180 degrees.
Let it cool down and sprinkle with generous icing sugar. Decore with some fresh strawberries.
