The wonderful memory of summer, when I ate peaches directly from the tree, staining my shirt and making my face sticky…. I still feel the warm summer wind on my cheeks and the juice of the peaches on my lips!

This is a simple recipe that makes happy your family anytime!

Peaches

Wash and cut into slices your peaches.
Leave to marinate them with sugar in a bowl for 30 minutes.

Delicious Tart

Bit one egg with sugar.
Add melted butter and grated lemon zest, mix well.
Slowly add flour with baking powder, until you get a solid dough. You can give to it a ball shape.
Wrap and rest for 30 minutes in your fridge .
Roll out, your pastry dough, directly on a sheet of baking paper (5 mm thickness).
Transfer the pastry sheet with baking paper into cake tin.
Pour your marinated peaches into the base. Fold the sides of pastry.
Bake for 1 hours to 180 degrees
Leave to cool down.
Serve with a sprinkling of icing sugar and a cup of coffee.
