Sunday breakfast that I love to make while everyone is still sleeping.

The house is full of silent but now I am no alone because I have my Lola near my feet while I sip my first espresso “wrapped” in the scent of pancakes…

Separate the whites egg from the yolk.
Whip the eggs whites.
In another bowl beat yolks with sugar.
Then add milk and vegetable oil.
Add slowly flour sifted with baking powder. Mix well. Attention not to make lumps.
Add the whites egg and mix well with a spatula.
While heating a small pan with a drizzle of oil. When is hot, pour in a spoons of Doug.
When it bubbles on the surface turn your pancake with a spatula and leave to cook for some seconds.
You can season your pancakes with fresh seasonal fruit, maple syrup and a sprinkling of cinnamon..... or with nutella!
