280g flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate
pine nuts
icing sugar
1 l canola oil

I love these Frittelle… made with the first apples of the season, with the flavour of Vinocotto that makes them deliciously sweet!

Easy to make … Frittelle must be fried and eaten!

Wash, peel and dice your apple. Pour it in a bowl to marinate with vinocotto.
Beat the eggs in bowl with sugar and oil.
Add flour , previously sifted with bicarbonate.
Mix well and add your marinated apple and pine nuts. Mix well.
In a dip saucepan pour canola oil and bring to 180 degrees.
Start to fry your frittele, pouring small amounts of dough with the help of a spoon.
When irregular golden balls form, with a small drain place your frittelle on absorbent paper.
Sprinkle with plenty icing sugar.
Enjoy!
