1 bag powder yeast (Pane d'Angeli)
200 g plain flour

Preheat the oven 180* degrees.
Grease and flour a round tin cake.
Beat egg whites with sugar.
Add canola oil and milk, mix.
Add flour and powder yeast, mix well.
Add chocolate drops, mix with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the tin.
Bake to 180* for 45 minutes.
Let to cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
