This summer I’ll have my freezer full of gelato made by me… it’s too good!

Without preservatives, made with fresh and seasonal ingredients … and not too many sugars!

Wash and blend strawberries until they are pureed.
Whip the cream then add the condensed milk at room temperature, mix with a spatula.
When the mixture is nice and smooth you can add the purea strawberries. Keep going to mix with a spatula.
Then pour the mixture in a bowl. Cover with cling wrap and leave you gelato in the freezer overnight.
Take your gelato out of the freezer 5 minutes before serving.
Serve you Fiordifragola gelato in a cone or cup and decore with fresh strawberries.
