150 g pumpkin pulp

150 g sugar

30 g dark chocolate

    Delicious spiders ready for a scary Halloween party!

    Pumpkin pulp makes these cookies really crumbly and slight  orange colored… so cute!

    In a stand mixer work flour and butter. When you obtain a sandy consistency add sugar eg and pumpkin pulp. work your dough until it becomes homogeneous ( if the dough is too wet add some more flour) Then pour it onto a floured bench and, with your hands, form a flat ball. Wrap it and put into the fridge for rest at least one hour.
    Roll out the dough and cut with a round cutter (5 cm in diameter ). Place your cooking in a tray with baking paper and bake in preheat oven to 180* for 15 minutes.
    Let them completely cool down.
    For decoration I used Maltesers for the body of the spider. Melted dark chocolate for spider legs and icing for the eyes of spiders. I used icing even to glue Maltesers on the biscuits.
    Now your delicious spiders are ready for Halloween party!
