Pour butter, sugar and two flours in a stand mixer. Work the mixture at low speed until a homogeneous dough.
Give it a shape of a loaf, wrap in plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
After this time , remove the dough from the fridge and with your hands form small balls, about 1 cm in size.
Place the in a tray with baking paper , spacing them appropriately.
Cook the biscuits in the preheated oven at 140 degrees for 15- 17 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool down. In the meantime, melt the chocolate in the way you prefer ( in a Bain-marie or in the microwave). We the help of a spoon, take a small amount necessary to pair the biscuits . Let the chocolate solidify and your Baci di Dama are ready to serve!
