To make the sauce, het the extra virgin olive oil in a large pan, add chopped shallot and cook until fragrant and gold. Add green peas and cook, tossing regularly for 2 minutes. Stir in some water until they become soft. Season with salt and pepper. Blend half of them.
Meanwhile, bring a large sauce pan of salted water to the boil, add pasta spaghetti and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and pour them into the pan adding boiling water. Finish to cook pasta into the sauce. Add puree peas and stir well. Add generous parmigiano and stir until pasta is al dente.
Serve hot with a sprinkle of grated parmigiano, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
