100 ml vegetable oil
240 g plain flour
1 bag dessert yeast Pane Angeli
300 g jam (I choose apricot)

A simple cake with heart jam.

I choose apricot jam.. my favourite one, because remember me my childhood.

Perfect with a cup of tea or milk!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a round tin cake.
Beat eggs and sugar in a stand mixer, until you get a smooth and frothy consistency.
Add milk and oil. Mix well and add Pane Angeli and flour.
When the mixture is homogeneous, pour half of it into the tin. Cook for 20 minutes.
Take your cake out of the oven, spread with your favorite jam, being careful to leave an inch from the edge.
Then, pour over the other half of the dough and bake for another 30 minutes.

Cool completely and sprinkle with icing sugar.
