100 g sugar
2 eggs
70 g vegetable oil
200 g flour
1/2 bag Pane abgeliefert yeast
ICING
190 g icing sugar
2 spoons milk
for the eyes of ghost black sprinkles

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Blend pumpkin with oil.
Meanwhile, in a stand mixer beat eggs and sugar. When you will reach a fluffy consistency add the pumpkin mixture.
In a bowl sift pane angeli yeast and flour then you can add the powder ingredients into the mixture. Mix well and when the mixture is homogeneous you can pour it into the muffin tins ( around 2 full spoons per each)
Bake for 25 minutes to 180 degrees.
leave your muffins cool down completely on a wire rack.
In a small bowl mix milk and milk. Must be nice dense so you can pour on each muffin and make the ghost. Add 2 black sprinkles for the eyes of ghost .... enjoy!
