1 pinch Salt
1 bag Pane Angeli yeast
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 Orange zest

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease and flour a round cake tin. Combine and sift all the powder ingredients (flour, yeast, salt, cinnamon and ginger) into a bowl. Whip eggs with honey in a planetary mixer and add the milk with butter and grated orange zest. When everything is homogeneous, combine the powdery ingredients and mix until you reach a smooth consistency without lumps.
Then pour your dough into the tin and bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.
When Ciambella is cooked, let it cool completely on a wire rack. While melting the chocolate in bain-Marie. Pour melted chocolate over the cold ciambella with a spoon.
