60 g butter
60 g dark chocolate
50 g plain flour
1 pinch salt
1 bag vanilla powder
2 spoons cocoa powder
300 ml whipped cream
2 spoons icing sugar

When Christmas is not un the mountains full of snow with a hot chocolate , but at the sea under the hoy sun…. Santa’s hats are fresh and sweet strawberries with whipped cream on a delicious cocoa brownie!

Pre heat the oven to 180*.
Melt dark chocolate with butter in a bin -marie.
Beat sugar and egg with a fork. Then combine melted butter with chocolate in a bowl with egg and sugar.
Sift cocoa, flour, vanilla, salt and add to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well with a manual whisk. Pour the dough into a 10 cm x 20 cm rectangual baking tray, previously buttered.
Level well with a spatula and bake at 180* for 30 minutes.
Let the browniecool.
Make 8 circles by cutting the brownie with a round cutter of about 3/4 cm. Whip cream with 2 table spoons of icing sugar.
Wash strawberries and deprive them of the petiole.
With the help of a pastry bag, put a bit of whipped cream on each brownie then place the strawberry on top and finish the Santa Claus hat with a dollop of whipped cream on the tip of strawberry.
