1 fresh pineapple
3 eggs
120 g sugar
220 g plain flour
75 g vegetable oil
1 bag vanillina powder
1 bag pane angeli yeast
35 ml milk
1 (grated) lemon
icing sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and flour a round tin.
Clean the pineapple and cut half into slices and half into cubes.
In a stand mixer beat eggs and sugar until you reach a fluffy consistency. Add oil and grated lemon zest. Mix well and while sifting flour, vanilla powder and pane angeli yeast, then pouring into the dough, keep going to mix.
When the mixture is homogeneous add the diced pineapple and mix with a spatula. Pour the dough into the round tin and decor with the slices of pineapple.
Bake for 40 minutes to 180*.
Let your cake cool down completely.
A sprinkle of icing sugar and enjoy!
