120 gr pumpkin pulp
400 gr milk or almond milk
2 espresso caffe
25 gr sugar
125 gr water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1 pinch nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cloves
whipped cream

Pumpkin Spice Latte

Magic latte!

It is a tradition to make Pumpkin Spice Latte for Halloween, but even during the autumn season.

I think that it is a really comfy breakfast or snack!

I love the scent and  the taste of this nutritious drink, while I make it, my house is filled with magic!

Prepare pumpkin syrup by mixing sugar and water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil.
Once sugar has dissolved, add all the spices and pumpkin pulp, continuing to mix over low heat for 5 minutes.
Remove it from the heat and pour it into a mixer. Add hot milk, hot coffe and mix for one minute to obtain foam.
Pour your Pumpkin Spice Latte into 2 large cups.
Add generous whipped cream, a sprinkling of cinnamon.
Serve hot!
