1 teaspoon butter
100 gr plain flour
1 egg
120 gr grated parmigiano
salt and pepper
breadcrumbs
1 l canola oil

First of all, cook the spinach in a pan with a knob of butter. After cut them into small pieces with scissors.
Pour Ricotta into a bowl and mash it with a fork. We begin to add all the ingredients and mix everything until a homogeneous consistency is reached. With the help of a spoon we start making balls of 3 cm in diameter and pass them in the breadcrumbs.
We bring the oil to 170 degrees and we fry our small polpette.
When they start to get gold brown , polpette are ready!
