Ingredients

200 g stale bread
300 g cherry tomatoes
1 tin filet tuna
1/2 red onion
chives
salt and pepper
extra virgin olive oil
(if you like) vinegar
fresh basil
for soaking bread water

Soak stale bread for about 30 minutes.
While cutting the tomatoes, onion and chives. Pour them into a large bowl and season with tuna, salt, pepper and plenty of extra virgin olive oil.
When bread is well softened squeeze it and pour it into the bow with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well with a spoon, add more extra virgin olive oiled if you like vinegar ( I use the apple vinegar, because it is more delicate).
Let the Panzanella rest in the fridge for at least an hour.
