250 g plain flour
25 g semolina
300 ml water
50 ml vegetable oil
1 pinch salt
7 g fresh yeast
15 g honey
salt and pepper
for "salamoia" extra virgin olive oil
To decore
for stems asparugus
for flowers red and yellow capsicum, onion
for grass chives
cappers

Dissolve yeast in a drop of water.
Sift flours in a planetary mixer and add the other ingredients , work until the dough is homogeneous and elastic.
Let your dough rest in a lightly oiled and well covered bowl for at least 2/3 hours until it has doubled in size.
Then spread it out , on a well oiled tray, with the help of your fingertips of your hands.
When you have formed a nice rectangle you will start decorating your focaccia!
Season your flowery focaccia with salt, pepper and generous extra virgin olive oil.

Bake your focaccia in a preheat oven to 200* for 15 minutes.
Then brush focaccia with a "salamoia" of water and olive oil ( to make it crunchy) and bake it for another 10 minutes at 180 *
