450g plain flor
1 egg
50 g sugar
20 g fresh yeast
40 g soft butter
180 ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt
to decore
1 yolk
1 spoon milk
sesam seeds
poppy seeds

I made these buns for our delicious burgers… they couldn’t have been better… and I can guarantee you that they are also amazing with Nutella or with butter and jam

… what a breakfast!

Dissolve yeast in a drop of water.
Pour flour, sugar, egg butter, and melted yeast into a mixer. Start mixing and while the mixers working the ingredients with the hook, slowly, pour in the water.
Once the dough has reached a homogeneous consistency, let it work for 7 minutes. Then for another minute a full speed.
Let the dough rise in an oiled bowl covered for at least 2 hours, until doubled.
Pour the dough on the bench and form a big sausages, then cut it into 6 pieces, each of 130 g.
Shape smooth balls and place them in a tray with baking paper.
Le them rise for another hour, until doubled.
Whisk yolk and milk in a small bowl. Then brush your buns and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake your buns in a preheat oven to 200* for 15 minutes or until they are gold.
Let them cool down on a wire rack.
Then cut in half and add what you like!
