200 ml Coconut milk
1 + 1 for decorations Lime
6 g Gelatine
2/3 table spoon Sugar
For decorations Dry coconut

Put gelatin sheets to soften in a bowl with some water.
Wash, peel and dice mango.
Now blend mango and pour it into a small sauce pan with coconut milk, sugar and the juice of one lime. Mix the ingredients well with a whisk.
Put the pot on the stove and add soft gelatin. Bring to a boil so the jelly will dissolve completely. At this point, remove your budino from the heat. Pour the mixture in 5 round containers (around 5x5 cm) previously greased with coconut butter.
Let them rest for 3/4 hours in the fridge.
Decorate with a sprinkle of dried coconut and a thin thin slice of lime.
Enjoy with your friends or family!
