To prepare this delight you do not need to use the oven but only 10 minutes of your time … they are very quick to make and very fresh to eat!

 

 

A nice idea also for Valentine’s Day … for which I added a small red sugar heart as decorations on top of my lemon, coconut and ricotta truffles.

Combine the ricotta, sugar and grated lemon zest in a bowl. Mix well then add coconut flour. When everything will be very homogeneous, make small balls and dip them into coconut flakes.
Now rest your truffles in the fridge for 2/3 hours.
Enjoy!!!
