20 gr almond flour
130 gr sugar
80 ml canola oil
1 bag dessert yeast (Pane Angeli)

    A Good morning LACTOSE FREE….yes!….because in this Mandarin Cake there is no milk or butter!

    It is rich in vitamin C, super soft and super fragrant!

    Cut the mandarins into for parts, holding seeds and peel. Whisk them with a blender, adding canola oil.
    We work the eggs with sugar until frothy in a stand mixer.
    Add flour, dessert yeast and almond flour, but without working too much.
    Finally we add the smoothies mandarins.
    Pour into a round buttered baking pan (I used a silicone baking pan)
    Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
    For decorations
    Cut mandarins into thin slices. Caramelise them into the oven with honey and cinnamon.
