200 g plain flour
90 g almond flour
100 g soft butter
2 (2 grated zest, 1 juice) lemons
100 g sugar
1 egg
1 small bag vanillina powder
1/2 bag (8g) Pane angeli powder yeast
150 g icing sugar

They are my favorite afternoon tea biscuits!

Whip butter with sugar.
Add vanilla powder, grated lemon zest and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add the egg, mix well.
Add the others powder ingredients : plain flour, almond flour and powder yeast.
Mix well until well combined.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Pour the dough onto a floured bench, make a ball and put your dough for 15 minutes in the freezer.
Divid the dough into 40 small little pieces. Make 40 balls and dip them in icing sugar.
Place your balls into a tray with baking paper.
Bake your biscuits for 15/17 minutes to 170 degrees.
Let them cool down and enjoy!
