1 jar of 200 g greek yogurt
200 g + 30 g plain flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate
extra virgin olive oil
3 cherry tomatoes

Greek yogurt focaccine


I recommend you to do double dose!

They are perfect for snack, for lunch box, for aperitif!

They are super fast to make.

They do not need leaving, but only 30 minutes of rest.

Mix yogurt, salt and bicarbonate in bowl.
Add flour and start mixing the dough with a fork.
When you can no longer use the fork, pour your dough on the bench and start kneading with your hands, helping yourself with 30 g of flour.
When the dough is smooth and homogeneous , put it to rest in a covered bowl for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180*
Pour the dough on a floured bench, cut it in half and after in 5 small pieces each.
Make 10 balls.

I put 5 of them in a tray with baking paper, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and smash them with you fingers. Garnish with cherry tomatoes, oregano salt and more extra virgin olive oil.
Bake them for 20 minutes.

Preheat a pan.
Meanwhile roll out each balls with a small rolling spin.
Cook them in a pan, when they start to puff it is time to flip them.

Your yogurt focaccine are ready!
