This is my son favorite plate. Every kids love gnocchi because they are soft and tasty . The gnocchi alla Sorrentina is a typical plate from Napoli.

Gnocchi in the ovenMeanwhile the tomato sauce simmer , cook gnocchi in a saucepan of boiling water. Gnocchi are cook when they come out of the water. Using a colander , drain gnocchi and pour directly in the casserole with the tomato sauce and stir well. Add mozzarella and parmigiano , stir well and bake for 10 minutes to 250 . |
