The mornings, the slow ones, in pajamas and without makeup are my favourite. The house smells of coffee and pancakes.

On the table many sweets  and fresh fruit to garnish a mountain of pancakes still hot, the coffee machine ready to wake up the most sleepers  with a delicious Espresso!

We laugh and we joke, we tell the past and we organize the present that we love! Family Day!

Pancakes dough

Pour all the ingredients in a stand mixer and mix for 5 minutes, until all well combined.
Preheat a pan on the fire and start the magic!
Enjoy your Pancakes with strawberries and maple syrup, sprinkled with cinnamon..... my favourites!..... and of course an hot espresso!
