1 bag vanillina powder
100 g white chocolate
3/4 spoons pistacchi

Preheat the oven to 180*.
Line a tray with baking paper.
Place the butter and flour in a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat until became sandy.
Add sugar, lemon zest and vanillina powder. Beat until well combined.
Add egg and beat again. Take care not to overmix, dough should feel like a soft pasta dough.
Cover your dough with plastic film and refrigerate for 30 minute before using.
Floured surface and, using a rolling pin, roll it out to 0,5 cm thick.
Cut out Christmas trees with a cookie cutter and place them on the prepare tray.
Bake for 20 minutes or until pale gold.
Cool on the tray for some minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Meanwhile, melt white chocolate, in the microwave or in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water.
Dip half of your shortbreads in white chocolate.
Return to the wire rack to add pistachios flakes.
