These biscuits are the fragrances of Sunday, the scent of Grandma !

Every Sunday  my Grandma used to do some of these soft pillows!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Line a try with baking paper.
Pour all the ingredients in a stand mixer and work until to reach a firm dough.
Pour icing sugar in a plate.
Remove pieces of walnut sized (or slightly larger)from the mixture and work them with your hands to obtain irregular balls.
