100 gr oats
50 gr almond meal
50 gr shredded coconut
40 gr coconut oil
25 gr honey
25 gr maple syrup
For the filling
6 big spoons natural greek yogurt
fresh blueberries

This is a fantastic breakfast, delicious and gluten free!

You can fill your baskets with natural greek yogurt and your favourite fruits …. but you can make an amazing and healthy dessert too! You can fill these oats baskets with pastry cream and berries syrup.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
Pour all the ingredients for the base into a bowl and mix with your hands until the mixture appears compact and homogeneous.
Grease a pan for muffin with oil.
Pour the base mixture, with the help of a spoon, first create the edges and then the bottom by pressing.
Bake to 170 degrees for 20 minutes or until the base is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and cool down completely. Remove from the tin, be careful because they are really fragile.
Cook some mirtilli with a little bit of water and honey. When they are really soft, smash with a fork. Cool down and mix with yogurt.
Fill your baskets with a big spoon of Blueberry yogurt. Decore with three fresh blueberries.
Enjoy your breakfast ... don't forget espresso!
Keep in the fridge.
