3 eggs
200 gr sugar
150 ml sunflowers oil
220 ml milk
350 gr plain flour
1 grated lemon zest
1 bag Pane Angeli yeast
100 gr frozen raspberries

A simple Plum cake for a genuine homemade breakfast. If you do not have raspberry you can use strawberries or blueberries. I love to soak a slice of my plumcake in hot milk.

If you would like to serve this plumcake for dessert, it is nice Smith a spoon of cream or vanilla ice-cream

Preheat the oven to 180*
Grease aan floured a loaf.
Beat well eggs and sugar in a stand mixer.
Add milk, oil, grated lemon zest and mix. Add flour, previously sifted with baking powder and work well until the dough is smooth.
Add frozen raspberries and with with a spatula.
Pour your dough into the tin .
Bake for 1 and 10 minutes to 180*.
Leave to cool down and sprinkle with icing sugar.
