80 g sugar
80 g vegetable oil
200 g plain flour
30 g pistacchi
2 organic oranges
1 bag Pane Angeli yeast

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees. Grease and flour a round bound tin.
Beat egg whites with sugar in a stand mixer.
Add oil, the juice of one orange and grated orange zest of two. Mix well. Add powder yeast and flour slowly.
Add chopped pistacchi (leave some for decoration) and mix well with a spatula. Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the cake from the tin and let it Coll completely in the fridge.
While heat the juice of one orange in a small pan with a drop of water and a teaspoon of sugar.
Let it simmer over low a little and pour it hot over the cold cake.
Sprinkle with the remaining chopped pistacchio.
