The granulated sugar that will go on my Easter Colomba!

I can not find it at the supermarket so I decided to make it at home.

You can use this granella for garnish  Panettone, brioche or Ciambellone!

Mix sugar well with water.
Then put the "dough" on a perforated colander and press the dough with a spatula... it will fall like grains on a tray with baking paper.
Let it dry on the oven foe 30 minutes at 40 degrees.
Let it cool completely and keep it in a jar.
