Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine all the powdery ingredients in the bowl for a stand mixer. Add sugar and work until you get a sandy consistency. Then add the egg, when you have reached a homogeneous and compact consistency, take the dough out of the bowl. Work your dough a little on a lightly floured surface, wrap it in cling film and put it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Enjoy with tea or coffee! |
