Frollìni al Cacao


No too sweet but delicious!

A perfect afternoon tea with these frollìni al cacao !

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine all the powdery ingredients in the bowl for a stand mixer. Add sugar and work until you get a sandy consistency. Then add the egg, when you have reached a homogeneous and compact consistency, take the dough out of the bowl. Work your dough a little on a lightly floured surface, wrap it in cling film and put it to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
rolled out the dough to a thickness of 4/5 mm. Create “frollìni” with your favorite cookie cutter. Put them on a tray with baking paper, Brush biscuits with water and sugar. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Enjoy with tea or coffee!
