130 gr Oatmeal

250 gr boiled chestnuts
50 gr olive oil
375 gr fresh ricotta
100 gr dark chocolate

All the flavor of chestnuts and the intensity od dark chocolate… a real autumn treat!

The fresh ricotta will make your cake very soft and moist.

In addition, this cuddle is gluten free!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grease and flour a round cake tin.
In a stand mixer, beat eggs with sugar for at least 5 minutes.
When they are well fluffy add ricotta cheese. Mix well.
Add olive oil and mix again.
Add the yeast, mix. Add boiled and chopped chestnuts (save some to put on top the cake), mix again for another 3 minutes.
Add oatmeal and mix until well combined.
Pour chops chocolate ( save some to put on top your cake) mix with a spatula.
Pour the mixture in the tin. Put the remaining chestnuts and chop chocolate on top your cake.
Bake for 50 minutes to 180 degrees.
