The scent of wild berries reminds me of breakfast in the Dolomites .. soft butter sandwiches with blackberries, raspberries and blueberries jam … or crostata like this, always with a hot cappuccino!

 

If you don’ t have hazelnuts you can use almonds!

 

You can serve it after dinner with a spoonful of vanilla gelato!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Four and grease a round tart tin.
Roll out you pastry.
Place in the round tin. Fill it with jam, fresh blueberries and raspberries.
Sprinkle with chopped roasted hazelnuts.
Bake for 35 minutes.
