Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
In a stand mixer whip soft butter and sugar.
As soon as it becomes a cream, add the eggs, one at a time, adding only when the first is perfectly blended with the dough.
At this point, add flour with yeast alternating them with milk. The dough must be somewhere between a liquid and a creamy consistency.
Transfer the dough in a piping bag and fill the previously buttered donut-shaped molds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for about 7-8 minutes, after about a minute remove them from the molds and let them cool again on a wire rack.

Melt chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie, as soon as the donuts are cold, dip the top in the melted chocolate and sprinkle with colored sprinkles on top. If you want you can also different decorations .
Place in the fridge before enjoying them for breakfast or as a snack.
Baked donuts will keep for a couple of days in the fridge. Take them out of the fridge at least half an hour before serving they will be softer.
