
Bespoke Pasta Masterclass
What can you expect?
I will show and teach you how to make sensational and traditional handmade pasta and sauce.
I will share with you my techniques and methods as well as useful tips and tricks. I will give you an authentic Italian experience. I am a professional pasta maker. Cooking and making pasta has always been my passion and I am looking forward to sharing it with you. All classes are hands-on with your own workstation. We will have a show about how to make bread.
Menu 14th march: Pici all’Aglione or amatriciana and orecchiette with burnt butter and sage
Menu 28th march: Gnocchi Sorrentino and Pasta Carbonara
On arrival ( 11:00): I will greet you with open arms! And then we will all sit down with a cup of Italian coffee and my homemade dessert while we discuss the day ahead.
Around 11:30 am: Let’s start with Pasta! There’s always lots of chat and laughter as we make pasta and cook some of my very favourite dishes together to create a fabulous lunch
Around 1:15 pm: We sit down at my table to feast on all we’ve made. There will be a glass of wine to go with the dishes and delicious non-alcoholic drinks as an alternative.
At the end of the da you’ll leave with a full tummy, a recipe booklet, a host of new skills and an happy heart!

What is the cost of this special day?
140 $ per person ( 20 % 0ff for 5 people). The cost includes all ingredients, recipes, lunch with wine, and welcome coffee.
You can pay with PayPall or Credit Card.
Cancellation Policy for pasta classes
Pasta classes are only for a small number of people.
You can cancel the class until 3 days ( 72 hours) before the date you chosen.
Options:
- You may nominate somebody else to attend the class in your place.
- Transfer to another class on a different date.
- Refund.
