I am a professional pasta maker. Will make Cacio e Pepe gnocchi e Strozzapreti with Napoli sauce.

Cooking and making pasta has always been my passion and I am looking forward to sharing it with you.

The masterclass will be run in via Zoom from 11 am – 1 pm, just in time for lunch!

I will send you meeting invitation,  an ingredients and equipment list two days before the class , so you can organise everything you need.
