Masterclass Bread

What can you expect?

I will show and teach you how to make sensational and traditional handmade pasta and sauce.
I will share with you my techniques and methods as well as useful tips and tricks. I will give you an authentic Italian experience. Cooking  has always been my passion. All classes are hands-on with your own workstation.No more than 5 people per class.

On arrival ( 11:00 am): I will greet you with open arms! And then we will all sit down with a cup of Italian coffee and my homemade dessert  while we discuss the day ahead.

Around 11:30 am: Let’s start with Bread! There’s always lots of chat and laughter as we make bread and cook some of my very favourite dishes together to create a fabulous lunch

Around 1:15: We sit down at my table to feast on all we’ve made. There will be a glass of  wine to go with the dishes and delicious non-alcoholic drinks as an alternative.

At the end of the day (usually around 2 pm) you’ll leave with a full tummy, a recipe booklet, a host of new skills and an happy heart!

 

Where?

At my nice and warm apartment in Carnegie. I will send you my home address after the booking.

 

When?

Every Monday! If you prefer Sunday,  contact me ( at least 4 people on Sunday)

What is the cost of this special day?

120 $ per person. The cost includes all ingredients, recipes, lunch with wine, and morning coffee.

You can pay with PayPall or Credit Card.

 

Cancellation Policy for pasta classes

Pasta classes are only for a small number of people.

You can cancel the  class  until 3 days ( 72 hours) before the date you chosen.

Options:

  • You may nominate somebody else to attend the class in your place.
  • Transfer to another class on a different date.
  • Refund.
