What can you expect?

I will show and teach you how to make  traditional handmade  Italian biscuits.
I will share with you my techniques and methods as well as useful tips and tricks. I will give you an authentic Italian experience.  Cooking, making pasta and biscuits has always been my passion and I am looking forward to sharing it with you. All classes are hands-on with your own workstation. No more than 5 people per class.

On arrival( 2:00 am): I will greet you with open arms! And then we will all sit down with a cup of Italian coffee and my homemade dessert  while we discuss the day ahead.

Around 2:30 am: Let’s start with Biscuits! There’s always lots of chat and laughter as we make biscuits together to create a fabulous MERENDA with warm coffee, hot chocolate , latte and the.

Around 4:30: We sit down at my table to feast on all we’ve made.

At the end of the day (usually around 5 pm) you’ll leave with a full tummy, a recipe booklet, a host of new skills and an happy heart!

What is the cost of this special day?

100 $ per person. The cost includes all ingredients, recipes, merenda with coffee, milk, hot chocolate and the.

Cancellation Policy for classes

Pasta classes are only for a small number of people.

You can cancel the class  until 3 days ( 72 hours) before the date you chosen.

Options:

  • You may nominate somebody else to attend the class in your place.
  • Transfer to another class on a different date.
  • Refund.
