150 gr plain flour
150 gr rice flour
50 gr sugar
70 gr honey
70 ml rice oil
250 gr natural greek yogurt
3 spoons sweet cocoa
3 spoons cocoa powred
1 bag dessert yeast

It is everything so surreal …

… but we need to be positive and stay home with our family, cooking and baking all together. This cake has a big quantity of protein and less sugar… a healthy breakfast!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Pour in a bowl honey, yogurt, sugar and mix well, add the bag yeast. Slowly pour the powder ingredients and mix well. When you obtain an homogeneous mixture add the egg whites.
Mix until well combined.
Pour your cake in a silicon tin.
Bake for 40 /45 minutes to 180 degrees.
Leave to cool down.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
