1 pinch cinnamon
1/2 lemon grated lemon zest
1 drop Amaretto

The Death Fave Beans are typically biscuits of the autumn period that are prepared for the Anniversary of the deceased 1st an 2nd November, but usually I begin with their preparation even before Halloween!….

With my grandamum I did so many!

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Finally chop almonds in the mixer with sugar, add a little at time until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Add cinnamon, flour and grated lemon zest. Mix again
Pour the mix on a wood bench. Make a hole and pour egg and melted butter. With a fork beat the egg and start mixing flour.
Work your dough until you obtain an homogeneous dough.
Make a long snake with the dough. Cut it into big gnocchi and crush each piece a little, to give the shape of Beans.
Place the dead beans on a tray with baking paper.
Bake for about 20 minutes to 180 degrees.
Enjoy these biscuits with a warm Tea!
